Your satisfaction is valuable to us. If you lose your enhancement. notice chips or lifting within 3 – 5 days of your original service, please call us to schedule a free repair. You MUST notify us and return within 3 days, otherwise, a repair fee will be charged. No refund is given after it has been rendered. Transitional polish applications are NOT guaranteed.
REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE
=> All services are non-refundable. The salon will address any issues with nails if reported within 3 days. No refunds or credits for change of mind. Redoing service will not be free if our nail technician confirms the nail status during service.
=> Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced, or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash or extended beyond the expiration date. All service sales and gift certificate sales are FINAL

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover with a $15 minimum for credit card transactions.
